2. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (India):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (extra charges may apply)

Free shipping on orders above ₹499

Order Tracking:

Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delays:

Shipping delays due to weather or courier issues are beyond our control but we will assist wherever possible.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not satisfied:

Returns:

Accepted within 5 days of delivery

Only for unused, unworn, and original condition products

Not applicable for hair accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

Exchanges:

One-time size/colour exchange allowed (if available)

Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order

Non-Returnable Items:

Items bought on sale or during special offers

Hair clips/headbands (for hygiene reasons)

Return Process:

Once approved, send the product to the return address provided

Refunds:

Processed within 5–10 business days post quality check

Original shipping cost is non-refundable

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placement or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

For COD orders, repeated cancellations may result in account restriction.

5. Payment Policy

We accept payments via UPI ID on WhatsApp. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you our UPI ID for a quick and secure payment.
